PA66 LGF Compound

Long glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 is prepared by pultrusion process technology. During the preparation process, the pultrusion process allows the long fibers to uniformly penetrate into the plastic matrix, thereby achieving an optimized reinforcing effect. Compared to standard glass fiber reinforced high performance polyamides, LFT (long fiber reinforced thermoplastic) technology increases stiffness by 10% to 15% at 23 °C and 85% stiffness at 120 °C. And because of its excellent mechanical properties, it has become an ideal candidate for metal substitute materials.
