LFT-G® PA66 GF30 Long Glass Fiber Filled Pellets

PA66 LGF40TA | Toughened Upgrade For PA66 GF40

LFT-G® PA66 LGF30 delivers exceptional impact strength compared to standard reinforced thermoplastics. They are produced using a specialized pultrusion process that creates long pellets (6–12 mm) with continuous glass fibers running the full length of the pellet. During molding, these fibers form a three-dimensional reinforcing network that greatly enhances impact resistance while boosting strength and rigidity.

PA66 LGF30 Compounds from LFT-G are a trusted solution for metal replacement, making them ideal for automotive and industrial applications because they:

  • deliver higher impact resistance than short glass fiber compounds
  • offer a lightweight alternative to metal castings
  • perform reliably in extreme hot and cold temperatures
  • improve dimensional stability and reduce warpage

Our PA66 LGF30 Compounds are available in multiple formulations and can be injection molded efficiently into complex parts, reducing secondary finishing operations and overall costs.
