Long carbon fiber reinforced PPS is prepared by pultrusion process technology. During the preparation process, the pultrusion process allows the long carbon fibers to uniformly penetrate into the plastic matrix, thereby achieving an optimized reinforcing effect. Compared to glass reinforced thermoplastics, PPS-LCF has higher elongation at break, tensile strength, dimensional stability, rigidity and heat distortion temperature. And the friction coefficient of steel is better. Good EMI shielding. It is therefore an ideal substitute for metal.
