What is CF40 Nylon 66 Material?

40% Long Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon 66 (LCF40 PA66) compound resin is a high-performance engineering plastic that uses nylon 66 (PA66) as the matrix and adds 40% of long segmented carbon fibers as the reinforcing phase. Compared to ordinary short-cut carbon fiber reinforced nylon (SCF PA66) material, its carbon fiber length is longer (typically 6mm to 25mm), and it retains more fiber length during processing and molding. As a result, its mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability have significantly improved.

What is Good Performance of CF40 PA66 Plastic pellet?

Ultra-high rigidity and strength: High tensile modulus, enhanced strength.
Excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance: The long fiber network can withstand long-term dynamic loads.
Good dimensional stability: Low water absorption rate, small thermal expansion coefficient, suitable for precision components.
Lightweight: Density is approximately 1.3–1.5 g/cm³, replacing some components can significantly reduce weight.
