On July 20, 2018, the LZ72.5-4.X sea-land general-purpose fan blades developed and produced by Zhongfu Lianzhong successfully passed the full-scale static test and completed the first set of prototype blades. The blade has a diameter of 148 meters, a root circle of 3200 mm, a blade length of 72.5 meters, a capacity of 4.XMW and a weight of 20.5 tons.
At present, China's wind power industry is about to usher in a new era of bidding, and cost reduction and efficiency have become an important focus of wind power product development. In order to improve competitiveness, the whole machine manufacturer will withdraw from the market in about two years, which puts higher requirements on the change of leaf type. The development of wind turbine blades has its own unique characteristics. Although the initial blade mold development cost is large and the production capacity efficiency gain period is long, as long as it is equipped with long-term stable batch orders, it is enough to ensure the benign development of the products. Focusing on the existing needs of the market, Zhongfu Lianzhong has repositioned the blade development of LZ72.5-4.X from the aspects of reducing blade weight and diversifying sea and land.
