Triumph Group Inc. (Berwyn, PA) announced on July 31 that it has signed a letter of intent with Quickstep Holdings Ltd. (Sydney, Australia), which is a manufacturer of advanced carbon fiber composite parts.
Triumph's Aerospace Business Unit and Quickstep will jointly provide composite solutions for customers in the aerospace and defense markets in the US and Australia. Triumph and Quickstep have identified targeted future opportunities for collaboration and it is expected that this opportunity will accelerate as the agreement is signed.
