Airborne Oil & Gas (AOG), a leading thermoplastic composite pipe manufacturer in the Netherlands, announced on April 12 that Sumitomo Corporation of Japan acquired a significant share of AOG.
This investment from Sumitomo Corporation will further strengthen the strategic partnership established by the two parties since 2016. According to the previous joint statement, the two companies will jointly develop a TCP solution that is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and significantly reduced in installation costs.
