According to the Russian "5-100 Plan" press office, the composite materials for military and civilian use of radio waves have been successfully developed. The “5-100 Plan” is a national project initiated by Russia to support its top universities. Currently, 21 universities are selected.
"The first thing the military might be interested in is developing this kind of material, for example, hiding strategic goals, avoiding," said Artem Chelkashin, a graduate student at the Department of Engineering and Architecture at Peter Dade University of Technology, St. Petersburg. It is discovered by various types of radars. The material can also be used in industrial and civil buildings to reduce the level of radio waves on the spot."
