LCF TPU compound resin is a composite material prepared through the pultrusion process, which perfectly combines long carbon fibers with a thermoplastic polyurethane matrix. This material breaks the boundaries of traditional perception: it not only possesses the ultra-high strength and rigidity of carbon fibers but also retains the excellent toughness and wear resistance of the TPU matrix.

"Before this, rigidity and toughness were often mutually exclusive." From the perspective of materials science, the performance of LCF TPU is an extremely rare "dual combination":
Excellent impact resistance and high modulus coexist: Usually, rigid materials (such as LCF PA/PP) tend to be brittle, while tough materials (such as pure TPU) are too soft. LCF TPU plastic pellet can maintain a high bending modulus (hardness) while providing astonishing impact resistance. When subjected to severe impacts, it will not crack like ordinary hard plastics.
Outstanding fatigue resistance: Due to the long carbon fibers forming a framework network within the matrix, they can withstand repeated bending and loading without breaking, and their lifespan is much longer than that of short fiber reinforced materials.
