LFT-G LGFPP composite resins give customers a robust combination of properties, while enabling exceptional light weight to provide the potential to improve fuel efficiency and cut emissions. This lighter weight allows for a significantly enhanced carbon and energy footprint over the life of a car or truck compared with traditional materials. 

LFT-G LGFPP composite resins offer several advantages over other materials in automotive applications. Compared to steel, LFT-G composite resins are light in weight, do not corrode and facilitate parts integration that can streamline the vehicle assembly process. This high-performance LFT-G material also provides excellent strength and dimensional stability, high flow for thin-wall structural components and exceptional design freedom. In addition, LFT-G composite resins provide high heat deflection temperatures, high stiffness, low thermal expansion and low creep.

• LFT-G PP-NA-LGF20:
• 20% long glass fiber reinforced grade. The glass fibers are chemically coupled to the PP matrix, resulting in high stiffness and strength. Features :Chemically Coupled, High Stiffness, High Strength  Uses Automotive Applications
• LFT-G PP-NA-LGF30
• 30% long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) grade. Possesses good toughness & recyclability and offers good flexibility. Is suitable for processing by injection molding & can be used in front end modules and door modules.
• LFT-G PP-NA-LGF40
• 40% long glass fiber reinforced UV stabilized polypropylene. The glass fibers are chemically coupled to the PP matrix, resulting in high stiffness and strength. The IMDS is 209768303.
• LFT-G PP-NA-LGF60 
• 60% long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene concentrate, specially developed for dilution with SABIC?PP homopolymer. The glass fibers are chemically couplied to the PP matrix, resulting in high stiffness and strength. The IMDS is 16501821.
• LFT-G PP-NA-LGF60
• Polypropylene product filled with 60% long glass fiber.
