Kaman Composites Wichita (KCW) announced that Bell Helicopter (Bell) has signed a purchase agreement for KCW to build flight-critical skin and skin-to-core composite components for Bell 407, 409 and 412 helicopters.

KCW is a subsidiary of Kaman Aerospace Group and part of its aerospace systems division, a supplier of complex composite structures, components and components for the commercial and defense aerospace industries.
Mark Withrow, vice president of Mark Withrow and general manager of Kaman Composites USA, said: "This award shows the strength of continued collaboration between Kaman and Bell, as we look forward to starting delivery later this year and production will continue until 2022."
