The FACC provides composite components for bypass piping for Rolls-Royce's new Pearl 15 aircraft engine.
The FACC (Innkreis, Austria) announced on July 9 that Rolls-Royce (London, UK) the new Pearl 15 aircraft engine uses FACC technology. The FACC provides bypass piping for turbofan engines and will be installed in Bombardier's latest long-range jets, the Global 5500 and Global 6500.

Our global customers can rely on FACC's high quality and innovative technology," said FACC CEO Robert Machtlinger.
By providing lighter components and acoustic components, the FACC plays an important role in improving engine efficiency. Load-bearing structural elements are created for the engine and tower that serve as an external aerodynamic boundary for the secondary air flow. It also acts as a sound absorber and allows maintenance to enter the turbine.
