BASF and Huafeng Group recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai to expand their partner areas and develop domestic market sectors such as polyurethane, bio-content fiber and spandex. In the future, the two sides will further deepen strategic cooperation, strengthen technical exchanges, jointly develop markets, and continuously optimize the supply of high-quality raw materials.
According to the agreement, BASF and Huafeng Group will jointly promote the rapid growth of the polyurethane market, especially in the western region; the two parties will jointly develop special fibers and bio-content fibers for high-end apparel products; BASF will continue to support Huafeng in the field of spandex. Growth, strengthen cooperation in spandex technology, intermediate products and industrial digitalization; the two sides will jointly optimize raw material resources.
