What is PP GF20 ?
LFT-G® NG02C PP GF20 is a 20% long glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene composite with natural grade Copo-polymer. This long glass fiber polypropylene is an excellent entry-point into high-performance composites, offering a significant boost in properties over unfilled PP. By reinforcing a tough copolymer with 20% glass fiber, this PP GF20 material achieves an outstanding balance of impact resistance, improved stiffness, and excellent surface finish. It is ideal for semi-structural components in automotive and consumer goods where toughness and aesthetic appearance are key requirements, providing a cost-effective upgrade from commodity plastics.

FAQ
Q: What is the density of PP GF20 ?
A: The exact density for LFT-G® PP GF20 can be found in the product's technical datasheet,PP GF20 density is 1.05g/cm³. Generally, a 20% glass-filled polypropylene has a density significantly lower than higher-filled grades, contributing to its excellent balance of weight and performance.
Q: What is the use of PP copolymer?
A: A PP copolymer is used to enhance properties like impact resistance and low-temperature toughness compared to standard PP copo-polymer. It provides a more durable and resilient base matrix for our long glass fiber polypropylene composites.
Q: What is a PP pellet?
A: A PP pellet is the small, granulated form in which the raw polypropylene composite material is supplied to manufacturers. Our LFT-G® PP GF20 pellets contain the polypropylene resin and the long glass fibers, ready for the injection molding process.
