What is PP LGF30?
LFT-G® PP LGF30 material, also known as 30%Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene, is a versatile and high-performance material that offers numerous benefits and advantages over traditional materials. Its lightweight, high strength, and resistance to impact and wear make it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications in various industries.
The high-temperature fatigue strength of long glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene(LGF-PP) at 120°C is twice that of short glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene(SGF-PP), and even 10% higher than that of glass-fiber-reinforced nylon, which is renowned for its heat resistance, giving the material the durability and reliability needed as a structural component. PP LGF has better warp resistance than short glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene.
