LFT-G® LCF40%-PPS material is 40% long carbon fiber reinforced Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) thermoplastic composite manufactured using a pultrusion process that melt impregnates the fiber with the matrix resin to maximize performance.LFT-G® LCF40%-PPS has high modulus, high strength and stiffness, good wear resistance etc. excellent mechanical properties than short fiber reinforced PPS. 

The long carbon fibers in LFT-G® LCF40%-PPS composites form a network skeleton in a certain direction, and this long fiber network skeleton has a good role in absorbing stress and impact from the outside, which cannot be done by the short fiber composite.LFT-G® LCF40%-PPS has high load modulus, high strength and stiffness, good wear resistance, light weight etc. excellent mechanical properties.The application for chemical pump impeller, valve core, cooling water jacket, auto parts, auto component, home appliance component, sport parts etc. industrial by injection molding.
