LFT-G® LCF30 Nylon 6 Engineering Plastic

What is LCF30 PA6?
LCF30 PA6 is a high-performance structural composite material based on PA6 (nylon 6), reinforced and modified with long carbon fibers (LCF). With approximately 30% carbon fiber content, it features continuous long-fiber reinforcement that forms a three-dimensional load-bearing network within the material.
Common engineering plastics:
External load → Resin bears it → Likely to cause local deformation
LCF30 PA6:
External load → Long carbon fiber network transmission → The overall structure shares the load together
LCF30 PA6 is not only an enhanced plastic, but also a new type of lightweight material specifically designed for structural applications.
LCF30 PA6: Core Advantages
Mechanical performance advantages
Extremely high rigidity (significantly higher than GF30 PA6), high tensile strength and bending strength
Excellent creep resistance, with minimal deformation under long-term load conditions
Lightweight
Density lower than that of metal materials (aluminum alternative)
Further weight reduction compared to GF materials
Fatigue Resistance
The long fiber structure effectively disperses stress
The performance decays more slowly under cyclic loading
Dimensional Stability
Low warping, low shrinkage
Maintains dimensions more stably under high-temperature conditions
Conductive/Thermal Properties
Compared to GF materials, this material has superior thermal conductivity and can be used in the design of heat dissipation components, possessing certain electrical conductivity.
Heat Resistance and Chemical Resistance
The PA6 material itself has excellent resistance to oil and fuel.

do you have any question?

What is the difference between LCF30 PA6 and SCF PA6?
The key difference is the fiber length and internal reinforcement structure. Short carbon fiber PA6 uses shorter fibers with limited reinforcement efficiency, while LCF30 PA6 maintains longer carbon fibers to create a stronger internal network.
Can the material be customized?
Yes. The color, length and special properties can be customized according to specific application requirements.
Does LCF30 PA6 require special processing conditions?
Because PA6 is moisture sensitive and long carbon fibers are designed to maintain reinforcement efficiency, proper drying procedures and optimized molding parameters are recommended.
LCF30 PA6 engineering plastic offers metal alternatives and high-performance structural solutions for the automotive, new energy, and industrial equipment industries.
