What is Long Fiber material?
Long Fiber material is a type fiber reinforced composite,it's made up of long glass/carbon fiber with plastic matrix resin(PP,PA,TPU,PPS,ABS etc engineer plastic). Long Fiber compound has higher stiffness,higher mechanical performance than short fiber reinforced material.
Long fiber LFT materials can be used for direct injection molding, which can meet the requirements of high strength, high impact, lightweight and other performance requirements, and further simplify the production process, reduce production costs, and achieve higher economic value.
Benefit of LFT compound

Compared with short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP-SGF), LFT PP-LGF has more advantages in terms of strength, stiffness, warpage, fatigue resistance, notched impact strength, and dimensional stability, and therefore, automotive parts produced with LFT PP-LGF can further achieve weight and cost reductions.
