What is lFT PA66/PA6?
LFT PA material is mean that long fiber reinforced Polyamide(Nylon 6 and Nylon66)composite. Filled longer fiber will result higher stiffness and strength than traditional short fiber reinforced PA material.
Nylon 66, also known as polyamide 66 (PA66), its comprehensive performance is good, with high strength, good rigidity, impact resistance, oil and chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and self-lubricating and other advantages.LFT PA66 composite materials, especially hardness, rigidity, heat resistance and creep performance is better. And raw materials are easy to obtain, low cost, so it is widely used in industrial, automotive, home appliances, engineering plastics and other fields.
PA66 melting point than PA6, excellent heat resistance, higher modulus of elasticity, lower water absorption, as molded products are better than the characteristics of PA6, especially due to its heat resistance and oil resistance, suitable for the production of mechanical parts around the automobile engine and easy to heat electrical and electronic products parts.
