Polypropylene has good moldability and molding methods such as injection molding, blow molding, vacuum thermoforming, coating, rotational molding, welding, machining, plating and foaming, and can be sprayed on metal surfaces. The injection molding ratio is large, the injection temperature is between 180 and 200, the injection pressure is 68.6~137.2MPa, and the mold temperature is 40~60°C. The pre-drying temperature is around 80 °C. Avoid contact with metal walls for a long time.
The secondary processing property of polypropylene is very good, its printing property is better than that of polyethylene, and the printing methods such as photogravure, offset and flat concave plate can be used. It is necessary to obtain good printing performance with good heat resistance, oil resistance and water resistance. It must be printed by corona discharge treatment.
