PBT has Strength, toughness, heat resistance and weary resistance, flame retardant, weather resistance, low water absorption (only 0.1%), low friction coefficient, self-lubrication. This material can remain a variety of good properties in the humid environment such as performance of electricity, electric insulation, quick crystallization in low temperatures, good formability. So they are widely used in auto, electronic and electrical appliances, industrial machinery, and polymer alloys, blends industries.
