Glass fiber reinforced modified PP
The mechanical properties of glass-reinforced PP products can be doubled or even multiplied. Specifically, the tensile strength reaches 65MPa~90MPa, the bending strength reaches 70MPa~120MPa, and the flexural modulus reaches 3000MPa~4500MPa. Such mechanical strength can be comparable to ABS and reinforced ABS products, and is more resistant to heat. Generally, the heat resistance temperature of ABS and reinforced ABS is between 80 ° C and 98 ° C, while the heat resistance temperature of glass fiber reinforced PP material can reach 135 ° C to 145 ° C. It can be used to make axial fans and cross-flow fans in refrigeration machines such as refrigerators and air conditioners, which are much less expensive than ABS-reinforced products.
