In 2015, Zhongfu Shenying started the research and development of dry-jet wet-spun T1000 carbon fiber. In 2016, it realized the pilot-scale technology. On this basis, it carried out engineering technology research and realized the scale production from trial to 100 tons. A major breakthrough, with complete independent intellectual property rights in key technologies and core equipment, the product will solve the country's urgent need for high-end materials.
In recent years, China National Building Material Group has intensified its scientific and technological innovation and enhanced its core competitiveness. In the new materials sector, a number of new materials and technologies have been used in major national projects such as Tianzhou, Tiangong, AG600 amphibious aircraft and Fengyun Satellite. After more than ten years of development, Zhongfu Shenying has grown from a “seedling” of ten new materials planned by China National Building Materials Group to a leading domestic carbon fiber industry. The addition of the new T1000 members has further strengthened the “carbon fiber family”. At present, Zhongfu Shenying has systematically mastered the T700 and T800 grades of kiloton technology and the T1000, M30 and M35 grades of 100-ton technology. The market share of the carbon fiber market has reached more than 50% year after year, which has greatly promoted the development of China's carbon fiber composite materials industry.
