Processing Guidelines – Injection Molding

processing guide.png

01

Pre-Drying

Dry at 80 – 100 °C for 4 – 6 hours.
Moisture content must be < 0.1% to prevent hydrolysis.

02

Injection Molding

Melt temperature: 260 – 290 °C.
Injection pressure: 80 – 150 MPa, medium to high speed.

03

Cooling & Demolding

Mold temperature: 80 – 120 °C.
Cooling time: 15 – 30 s. Annealing at 120 – 140 °C (optional) to relieve stress.
