Compared with other types of reinforcement materials, its excellent performance is mainly shown in the following aspects:
First. The fiber length is long (in the product, the fiber length can reach more than 3mm) and the distribution is uniform. It can form a three-dimensional network structure and has strong comprehensive mechanical properties.
1) The bending and tensile strength are improved by 30-99%;
2) the impact resistance is increased by 2-3 times (i.e. the impact strength is increased by 2-3 times);
3) Excellent creep resistance at high temperature, high impact strength at low temperature, suitable for high and low temperature alternating occasions;
4) The size is accurate and high, the vertical and horizontal shrinkage rate is small and consistent;
5) Simple molding, injection molding or molding;
6) Low warpage, less exposure of glass fiber, good surface performance
