LFT, full name is a long fibre reinforced thermoplastic material, it is significant in terms of mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties than short glass fiber reinforcements. Long glass fibre reinforcement provides this composite with increased stiffness, strength, and durability. Therefore,the long fibre mixed molded article has a higher homogeneity, more straightness and a smaller yield than the molded article mixed with the staple fibresFiber length is the most important factor in fibre reinforced composites, and long fibre has more obvious enhancement effect than short fibre.
Q: How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?
Answer:
1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
Q:Can i have a sample order for test before large order?
