LFT Long Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic PPLGF Resin

LFT-PP-LGF/LCF is a resin in which continuous reinforcing fibers (glass fibers, carbon fibers) are compounded in particles of the same length and in the same direction. LFT-PP is a material that combines rigidity and high impact strength not possible with conventional fiber reinforced resins, and will expand the field of thermoplastic resinization of metals and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics). In addition, LFT (long fiber thermoplastic) is a thermoplastic resin that combines various reinforcing fibers and functional fibers with various resin substrates, and the optimum grade can be selected according to the application.

LFT PP materials are used in a wide range of applications from industrial products such as pump housings for industrial pumps and joint parts for civil engineering pipelines to various functional and structural parts for automobiles and motorcycles, all contributing to lightweighting.

LFT is also developing "long-fiber cellulose reinforced thermoplastic resins" that are friendly to the environment. By pursuing cellulose materials and effectively utilizing long-fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin manufacturing technology, the strength of conventional resins containing cellulose fibers has been significantly improved.
