LFT-G® LGFPP LFT Polypropylene For Auto Part

The PP LGF40 material has become increasingly popular in the industry, especially for parts that require high durability and strength. LFT-G® PP LGF40 stands for Polypropylene Long Glass Fiber 40%. This means that the material is made up of 40% long glass fiber and 40% polypropylene. The long glass fibers are what give the material its strength and durability, while the polypropylene provides flexibility and resistance to heat and chemicals.

Long Fiber Reinforced Plastic Composite (LFT Composite) is a composite of long fibers and plastics, where the fibers are mainly glass fibers, carbon fibers, and natural fibers as reinforcing materials, LFT materials maintain longer fiber lengths compared to short-fiber reinforcing materials to improve the total performance of the composite material.
