What is PP LGF40?
LFT-G® PP LGF40 is a type of 40%Long Glass Fiber Filled Polypropylene compound with improved stiffness, strength and impact properties than short glass fiber PP material that has gained immense popularity in the engineering plastics industry.
The long glass fibers that are impregnated into the PP matrix make up around 40% of the compound by weight. The fibers are randomly oriented, providing isotropic high stiffness and flexural/impact strength mechanical properties, which makes it perfect for high-performance applications when short glass fiber reinforced PP material can't enough to meet it.
