LFT-G® LGF-PP Material For Car Automotive Part

LFT-G® PP LGF is meant that long glass fiber reinforced PP products modified plastic materials. 

LFT PP-LGF composites, as a long fiber thermoplastic composite material, have the advantages of good toughness, high strength, low density, high modulus, recyclability and low price.The long fiber reinforced PP particles are generally used in injection and molding processes to produce structural or semi-structural parts for applications in automotive, construction, home appliances, power tools, and more.

As the main part of the instrument panel system, the instrument panel frame is also the bearing structure of electrical and other functional parts, so it is required to have high strength and high rigidity, the most widely used in the instrument panel frame is PP material, using the same density of PP-LGF material to replace the traditional PP material.

In order to meet the relevant performance at the same time, can improve the instrument panel energy absorption performance, at the same time can reduce the existing design thickness of the instrument panel skeleton from 3mm ~ 3.5mm to 1.8mm ~ 2.5mm, thus reducing the weight of the instrument panel skeleton, promote the lightweight automotive interiors.
