Long Fiber's Uniqueness

Long fiber reinforced thermoplastic materials is LFT, which is a new material, which is made from Injection molding process which combines fiber with matrix resin. The long fiber material compared to the previous short fiber material has better mechanical properties, electrical, and thermal properties, mainly due to the end of the fiber long fiber is shorter, filling performance is good, long fiber mixed intertwine, flip, bending in the mould, is different from the order of short fibers mixed in the direction of flow. Therefore, long fiber mixed molding products have higher homogeneity than those of short fiber blended moulding products. The mechanical properties of this composite material make it a lightweight metal substitute or an engineering substitute for other materials.

LFT has better performance than SFT products and due to its high strength-weight ratio and cost-effectiveness, metal is not an ideal choice. LFT composites have become rapidly accepted as viable alternatives to die-castings, metal components and conventional plastic materials in a wide range of markets including industrial equipment, automotive, consumer products, sports and leisure, and information technology.

Long glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 is suitable for the high iron fittings, washing machine drum, impeller, washing machine triangle bracket, air conditioning guide fan, etc. Also suitable for automobile industry such as fenders, spare tire,the front frame, door modules, car body panel skeleton, cooling fan  seat frame, engine cover and framework, battery tray, bumper, etc.
