LFT stands for Long Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics that is made by fusing fiber and resin by an injection molding process that offers higher stiffness, strength, and durability than short fiber composites, Mainly due to the shorter fiber end of the fiber,filling performance is good, the long fiber mixed in the mold intertwined, flip, bending, different from the direction along the flow of short fibers mixed, and therefore compared with short fibers mixed molded products, Long fiber blend molding products with high homogeneity, more straightforward. And significantly improved mechanical, electrical and thermal properties make it an ideal replacement for metals or underperforming materials.
