Long Fiber's Uniqueness

The full name of the LFT is a long fiber reinforced thermoplastic that uses a method of injection molding to fuse the fibers and the matrix resin together and maximizes their performance and is characterized by a continuous fiber filament length over the entire length of the pellet , Making these materials have both strength, stiffness and impact resistance improvements over a wide temperature range. LFT composites are widely accepted as a viable alternative to traditional reinforced thermoplastics and metals for a variety of applications.
