LGF40 ABS: What is It?

LGF40 ABS is a structural composite material based on ABS resin (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) reinforced with 40% long glass fiber.

LGF30 ABS Advantages

  • High rigidity and high strength: Compared to ordinary ABS, the rigidity is increased by approximately 2-4 times, and the bending resistance is significantly enhanced.

  • Excellent dimensional stability: Lower shrinkage rate under heat deformation, and less prone to deformation under long-term load.

  • Impact Resistance + Rigidity Balance: While maintaining the basic toughness of ABS, enhance the structural support capacity to avoid "brittle strengthening" (compared to mineral-filled systems)

  • Creep resistance: Minimal deformation under long-term loading conditions.

Processing and Forming Characteristics

Injection molding performance
