What is PA66 LCF30?
LFT-G® PA66 LCF30 is a composite material made by embedding 30% long carbon fibers into a polyamide 66 (PA66) polymer matrix. The long carbon fibers, typically exceeding 5 mm in length, significantly enhance the material's mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, stiffness, and impact resistance. Unlike traditional short fiber composites, PA66 LCF30 retains longer fiber lengths even after processing, which translates to superior performance in final products.
