Long fiber thermoplastics (LFT) are injection molded materials characterized by the continuous filament count running over the length of the pellets, giving these materials improved strength, stiffness and impact resistance over a wide temperature range. Long fiber thermoplastic (LFT) composites fill the cost-effective gap between staple thermoplastic and advanced composites while still being processed through efficient injection molding.
