What is PA66 LCF30?

However, when reinforced with 30% long carbon fibers (LCF30), PA66 LCF30 compound offers even greater strength, stiffness, and durability.
LFT-G®PA66 LCF30 compound is a high-performance thermoplastic composite that consists of 30% long glass fibers, mixed with polyamide 66 (PA66) resin. This compound is produced through a process known as pultrusion, which involves pulling continuous carbon fibers through a heated die, where they are coated with molten PA66 resin.The end product is a composite with exceptional mechanical properties and heat resistance.
