Application of PA66 in the elastic type III fastener system

The spring type III fastener system has no bolts or no shoulders. The elastic strip type I and II fasteners are made of unreinforced PA66 material. Although they have good impact, they have limited load. The insulating gauge block of the elastic type III fastener system uses glass fiber reinforcement. PA66, with high strength, its ability to maintain gauge distance is much larger than the elastic strip type I and II fasteners, with PA66 as the base resin, reinforced with alkali-free long glass fiber, and increased with compound toughening agent.
