After filled glass fiber,TPU-LGF reinforced composite have greatly improved TPU resin's properties.(High impact,high tensile,high modules).LFT TPU-LGF reinforced material has provide an better solution of high performance engineering material.


Glass fibre is a fibre-reinforced material made from minerals such as chlorite, quartz sand and limestone, together with chemical materials such as soda ash and boric acid, through high temperature melting, drawing, yarn winding and weaving processes. Compared with traditional metallic and non-metallic materials, glass fibre has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, light specific weight, low elongation and good electrical insulation properties.


Glass fibre composites are functional materials made of glass fibre and its products as reinforcing materials and synthetic resins as matrix materials through a composite process. Therefore, glass fibre composite materials not only inherit the advantages of glass fibre itself, but also have the characteristics of energy saving, large freedom of design and wide adaptability.
