Application of long glass fiber reinforced PP material in auto parts
Long glass fiber reinforced PP material is widely used in automotive parts such as instrument panel, door assembly, head assembly, body door module, roof panel, seat frame, handle bar, battery bracket, tire frame, cooling fan and frame because of its high strength, stiffness, toughness and dimensional stability.
The high-temperature fatigue strength of long glass-fiber-reinforced PP at 120°C is twice that of ordinary glass-fiber-reinforced PP, and even 10% higher than glass-fiber-reinforced nylon, which is known for its high-temperature resistance. As a result, this material has the durability and reliability required as a structural component.
