Full plastic tailgate generally includes two parts: the outer plate and the inner plate, the outer plate mainly uses sprayable talc filled polypropylene material to ensure the appearance of the parts. And the inner plate mainly plays a reinforcing role, mostly using glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material or 30% to 40% long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material, between the two plates, the use of gluing and other technologies to ensure the structural and cosmetic requirements of the rear tailgate.
