Even after injection molding, the final length of the fiber is much higher than that of staple fiber, and the average length in the product can reach about 2 mm. Compared with the traditional short glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics (the particle length of the particles in the product is about 20mm), the LFT PP material retains an extremely long glass fiber length in the product, so it gives the material better mechanical properties. With thermal performance, LFT-PP also has better high-temperature creep resistance than staple fiber reinforced P. These advantages make LFT PP performance reach or close to the performance of engineering plastics such as PA or PPO.

Application Range

At present, plastic trays are mainly made of high-density polyethylene or polypropylene filled with mineral powder. They are injection molded by large-scale injection molding machines. The strength of the raw materials is not high. Therefore, the tray's load is usually enhanced by special structural design Strength, such pallets are often heavy (usually 15-20 kg each), and it is also difficult to carry out effective stacking for recycling and transportation. The most deadly thing is that the traditional plastic pallets are not high in load capacity, usually only statically loaded 2 Tons of goods with limited usage.
