LFT Polypropylene/PP enhanced material used in the automotive industry has a strong competitiveness because it has high toughness,high impact resistance,creep resistance,light weight than metal etc excellent performance.
Long Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) series for automotive applications has excellent scratch resistance, surface feel and durability compared with similar materials.
LFT products have 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% till 70% glass fibre fill grades. All products are commercially available and can be natural color, tinted on the press, or pre-tinted for injection molding.

Q:If a product is easily deformed,can we solve the problem by replacing with a long fiber reinforced thermoplastic?
A: Long glass fiber and long carbon fiber features low warpage and dimensional stability,which can improve part of the deformation.
Q:How to choose the fiber content of the product? Is the large product suitable forhigher fiber content material?
A: This is not absolute.The content of glass fiber is not more is better.The suitable content is just to meet the requirements of each products.
