PP LGF40: Optimized Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene

PP LGF40 is an advanced 40% long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite engineered for applications requiring optimal balance between structural performance and manufacturing efficiency. With 40% glass fiber loading by weight, this material delivers 25% higher impact resistance than short-fiber composites while maintaining excellent flow characteristics for complex moldings. Ideal for semi-structural components in automotive, consumer electronics, and material handling systems.

  • Tensile Strength: 140 MPa (ISO 527-2), 15–20% improvement over conventional LFT 30%LGF grades
  • Flexural Modulus: 8,500–9,800 MPa (ISO 178), suitable for semi-structural applications
