What is PP LGF50?
LFT-G® PP LGF50 is a type of composite material made by combining polypropylene with 50% Long glass fibers. This material offers the low weight, high strength, and stiffness unique combination of properties that make it ideal for sport part, auto part and other construction part etc. wide range of applications.
The addition of long glass fibers to polypropylene creates a material that has a high modulus of elasticity, meaning it can withstand high amounts of stress and strain without deforming or breaking. LFT-G® PP LGF50 is highly resistant to temperature and chemicals. It has a melting point well above that of standard PP, making it suitable for use in high-temperature applications. Additionally, the PP LGF50 material has excellent resistance to chemicals such as acids and bases, making it ideal for use in the chemical processing industry.
