What is PP LGF40?
LFT-G® PP LGF40 NG04 stands for 40%Long Glass Fiber reinforced Polypropylene material. This means that the material is made up of 40% long glass fiber and 60% polypropylene.
LFT PP material, long glass fiber reinforced PP plastic, refers to modified PP composites containing glass fibers with a length of 10 to 25 mm, after injection molding and other processes to form a three-dimensional structure with a glass fiber length greater than 3.1 mm.As an automotive module carrier material, LFT PP LGF material can not only effectively improve the rigidity, impact strength, creep resistance and dimensional stability of the products, but also can make complex automotive module products.
