This 30% glass fiber reinforced material achieves 6,900 MPa flexural modulus – equivalent to magnesium alloys while offering 45% lower thermal expansion versus metals. Certified by Volkswagen and BYD, it enables 8-12 metal component consolidation in automotive front-end modules with 30% mass reduction.

 

Unlike conventional composites, our proprietary fiber alignment technology maintains 80% fiber length retention during injection molding. The material demonstrates 26.6% tensile strength increase under 100s-1 strain rates, making it ideal for crash-relevant automotive components. With UL94 V-0 flame retardant options and -40°C to 159°C operational range, it meets stringent global automotive standards.
