Long Fiber Polypropylene Composite
 

LFT long fiber PP LGF is a type of Polypropylene Composite plastic material that polypropylene reinforced with long glass fibers. LFT-G PP-NG05 is the high strength and impact PP composite that 50% long glass fiber with polypropylene matrix resin.This combination provides enhanced strength and stiffness to the plastic, making it more durable and resistant to wear and tear. Long Glass Fiber (LFT) and Short Glass Fiber (SFT) have different effects on material properties. LFT-reinforced PP typically exhibits better impact properties than SFT-reinforced PP.

 

LFT Long Fiber material with its high mechanical performance has wide application include home appliance, auto part etc. industrials. High strength materials with high glass fiber content (>40%) and long glass fiber reinforced materials (LFT-PP/PA) are used in technical structural components such as refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, etc.; glass fiber reinforced special engineering materials (LFT-PPS/PEI) and others are used in wear-resistant components. These materials meet the requirements of high strength, high abrasion resistance, boil resistance and temperature resistance of structural components.
