LFT-G® PP LGF40AR is a high-performance polypropylene composite reinforced with 40% long glass fibers, specially developed for applications requiring enhanced aging resistance, UV stability, and long-term mechanical performance. This advanced material maintains excellent strength retention and dimensional stability under prolonged exposure to outdoor environments.

Compared with standard PP compounds, the long glass fiber reinforcement and weather-resistant formulation provide improved stiffness, creep resistance, and durability. Processing Guidelines – Injection Molding

Pre-Drying

Dry at 80 – 100 °C for 4 – 6 hours.
Moisture content must be < 0.1% to prevent hydrolysis.

Injection Molding

Melt temperature: 260 – 290 °C.
Injection pressure: 80 – 150 MPa, medium to high speed.

03

Cooling & Demolding

Mold temperature: 80 – 120 °C.
Cooling time: 15 – 30 s. Annealing at 120 – 140 °C (optional) to relieve stress.
