Product Application

5G base station mainly includes: AAU shell, metal cavity filter, heat dissipation shell, antenna bottom plate, 5G connector and other structural components.

5G base station radome, its role is to protect the antenna system, reduce the influence of external environment and extend the antenna life, need to meet the requirements of low dielectric coefficient, complex environment resistance.

Traditional PC plastic users for a long time the material will become brittle, easy to wear, material impact resistance, poor chemical resistance. After modification, LFT long fiber reinforced PC material can have the comprehensive performance required for daily use of 5G radmask.

In addition, LFT modified PP and PC materials can also be used in AAU shell of 5G base station, or communication base station with high frequency and electromagnetic shielding requirements, etc. As the main equipment of 5G base station, the working temperature of AAU shell should also be kept within the range of -40℃~55℃. The heat dissipation surface, surface flatness, product structural strength and molding stability of 5G base station equipment have higher requirements.
